MINERAL / DRAWA PLASTER Arabic Russian DESCRIPTION:   Stiren Acrylic based, ready-to-use natural stone plaster. CLASS:    Rough pattern TYPE:    Applied with the trowel and shaped with the trowel CHARACTERISTICS:    Imbosan Mineralim provides perfect protection of the surface of application in all weather conditions. It is resistant against ice and frost. Although it is not absolutely water-proof, it removes moisture and thus it breathes. It can be washed and it is flexible and durable. It does not hold moss and it not produce mould and fungus. With its decorative appearance, it is a superior type of plaster for the outer surfaces. APPLICATION AREAS: Imbosan Mineralim is used as the covering material for the inner and especially the outer surfaces of all kinds of buildings. PREPARATION OF THE APPLICATION SURFACE: The application surfaces must have been purified from the agents that prevent sticking such as dirt, oil, dust etc. The holes and damaged edges should be levelled with Imbosan Acrylic Paste. The surface must be undercoated with Imbosan Binde Undercoat. These treatments must be performed one day before the application of Imbosan Mineralim. The treatment must begin when the surface is dry and clean. APPLICATION: Imbosan Mineralim is mixed with the sufficient amount of water. Then, it is evenly applied onto the surface with a stainless steel trowel. POINTS TO BE NOTICED: - In paper band applications, the band must not be removed from the surface before the material is completely dry. - Make sure that the tools that you will use are clean. - Make sure that you use the materials that have the same charge numbers on the same surface. - Do not apply when the temperature is below +5°C and when it is rainy. CONSUMPTION: Depending on the surface characterisrics, it may change between 2,5- 3 Kg/m2; rough 3,5 - 4 Kg/m2. DRYING: Complete drying 24-28 hours (under 20°C temperature and surface conditions) STORING: It must be stored in an environment between +5°C and +25°C which is dry, shaded and protected from frost. PACKING: Imbosan Mineralim is put on the market in 25kgs packages.
