DECORATIVE OUTER SURFACE PLASTER
DESCRIPTION:
  Stiren Acrylic based, fine patterned, decorative outer surface plaster.

CHARACTERISTICS:
   It is a mat and decorative plaster which does not contain lime and cement. It sticks to the surface perfectly. It is resistant against severe cold and sunshine.
APPLICATION AREAS:
Imbosan Rulotex is used as the covering material for the inner and especially the outer surfaces of all kinds of buildings.
PREPARATION OF THE APPLICATION SURFACE:
The application surfaces must have been purified from the agents that prevent sticking such as dirt, oil, dust etc. The holes and damaged edges should be levelled with Imbosan Acrylic Paste. The surface must be undercoated with Imbosan Binde Undercoat. These treatments must be performed one day before the application of Imbosan Rulotex. The treatment must begin when the surface is dry and clean.
APPLICATION:
First, Imbosan Rulotex is mixed with 5% water. Then, it is evenly applied onto the surface with an shipskin roll and the desired pattern is formed by a coral roll before the material on the surface gets dry.
POINTS TO BE NOTICED:
- In order not ot produce any roll tracks and joint lines, select the areas, that are to be finished first by taking the aesthetics of the building into consideration and finish them without giving a break. Work in teams of two and be quick.
- Make sure that the tools that you will use are clean.
- Make sure that you use the materials that have the same charge numbers on the same surface.
- Do not apply when the temperature is below +5°C and when it is rainy.
CONSUMPTION:
Depending on the surface characterisrics, it may change between 1,2 - 2 Kg/m2.
DRYING:
Touch 1-2 hours (under 20°C temperature and surface conditions)
Complete drying 24 hours (under 20°C temperature and surface conditions)
STORING:
It must be stored in an environment between +5°C and +25°C which is dry, shaded and protected from frost.

Imbosan Rulotex is put on the market in 30 kgs packages.
